KEY CONCEPT IDEA
The 5* Mixed Use Resort of 204 beds with FoH construction area of 19.700sq.m will be developed in a seaside plot of 109.000 sq.m. It comprises a hotel with spa facilities of Six Senses standards and twelve high-end villas varying from 800- 1.200 sq.m. The key concept idea was restoring the natural landscape, which was wholly altered to construct a hotel complex in the 1970s.
