KEY CONCEPT IDEA
The 5* Resort Complex, of 1800 beds and a total FoH area of 96.000 sq.m., will be developed on a 326.000 sq.m peninsula. The concept design was to rebrand and revive an iconic Hotel of the 70s, built in a public area and initially operated by the Greek Ministry of Tourism. The new development by a private party will replace almost all of the existing facilities and buildings. The program will be implemented in phases, including four new hotels, an exclusive residential area, a conference center, a spa, beach clubs, numerous F&B outlets, and athletic facilities.
