KEY CONCEPT IDEA
The project regards the full refurbishment of an existing resort of 22.200 m2 and the additional facilities of Conference Center, Spa, F&B outlets and accommodation areas of 7.500.m2.
The Complex is being developed on a plot of 134.990 sq.m.
The proposal’s basic principle was to upgrade the existing structures and buildings, in both morphological and energy efficiency aspects. The hotels’ character had to be reinvented, incorporating seamlessly, the new facilities in an established environment for a mostly repeating clientele.
Complex capacity: 1080 beds, 388 keys
SPA: Capacity of 100p., total area 1500m2
